Polyamory: an alternative way of living relationships
The goal of this workshop is to understand what polyamory is, how it is possible to live relationships that reject exclusivity as a foundational requirement, and to analyze the two key principles of polyamory: ethics and consent. After an initial briefing, the workshop will be conducted in a horizontal fashion, where the lecturer's role will be to facilitate and coordinate the exchange between participants who, if they so wish, can bring their own personal contribution. Not a static class, therefore, but kind of a lab for growth and with the focus on constant interaction. No previous knowledge is required to take part in this workshop, and the class is open to long-standing polyamorous people, to people navigating their first experiences, and to all those who are eager to learn more.
Polyamory and BDSM: contaminations
We often observe that some BDSMers are also polyamorous people.
What are the points of contact between polyamory and BDSM?
What are the communication protocols that we use in BDSM relationships that could potentially be useful in a polyamorous setting? How can BDSM family structures be framed within polyamory?
The lecturer will first talk about the key concepts; then we will open a collective discussion that will enrich, feed and strengthen the topics under consideration with the contribution of those who want to expose their ideas or their experience in their own lives.
Once again, a workshop that will be conducted with focus on dynamic interaction.
No previous knowledge is required to take part in this workshop, although it is desirable and useful to have taken part in the “Polyamory: an alternative way of living relationships” workshop; the class is open to long-standing polyamorous people and/or BDSMers, to people navigating their first experiences, and to all those who are eager to learn more.
